Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Grow the baseline trade revenues, assets and enhance returns from the baseline levels from existing clients in your portfolio to meet individual and team targets;
• Enhance relationships with Head Office, Domestic Branches and your existing portfolio clients to increase size of deals and explore cross-selling opportunities, such as loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, FX, bond issuance, RMB business, etc.;
• Actively look for new clients to expand London Branch’s asset size.
• Provide and promote high-quality corporate banking products and services to your clients;
• Update and maintain accurate client/credit files;
• Carry out pre-loan investigation, credit procedure and after-loan management, the implementation of the trade financing business review and self-examination;
• Carry out corporate KYC and AML related work;
• Arrange legal related works including but not limited to documentation and clause negotiation;
• Responsible for internal system related works, including but not limited to credit application, review and maintenance.
• Lead by example and mentor other CB junior team members on effective communication to create a cohesive and professional culture across London Branch.
• Produce high-quality client support documentations and meetings preparations.
• In addition to these duties, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the bank's business.

Specifications & Requirements

• Degree Holder (minimum) or higher educational level
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UK banking sector, with demonstrable experience in developing both UK background corporate clients (not SME or private clients)
• Ability to independently undertake both business development and transaction execution
• Strong credit analytical skillset
• Demonstrable strong counterparty relationships
• Good understanding of business procedures.
• Mandarin will be a plus but not essential

The role will be responsible for managing all end to end administrative lifecycle of the banking facilities ensuring all the documentation, system data transaction processing and regulatory checks are executed .This will include syndicated and bilateral loans . It is essential for all candidates to have minimum 3 years Loans Administration experience gained within a Bank. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar .Good communication skills are important to support the Relationship Managers. This role is full time in the office.  Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting an as-is (assessment of current processes/ways of working/governance/technology), to be (identification of future processes/ways of working/technology needs) and gap analysis.
• Identifying what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to achieve the

change and deliver the planned benefits

• Identifying and preparation of risk mitigation tactics 
• Identification and management of anticipated resistance to change
• Development and delivery of actions for change management levers: assessment of as-is/to

be, gap analysis, change management strategy per country, communications plan,

sponsor/stakeholder roadmap, training plan, anchoring plan.

• Define, measure and report success metrics and monitor change processes
• Create/manage communications across the project, for the product/project owner, in line

with the agreed communication plan, ensuring consistent and clear messages that maximise

engagement and ownership in individual businesses.

• Design and deliver (in conjunction with external providers, technology and local business

owners/change champions) user and super-user training

• Support on AI projects and be part of the AI community discussions 
• Manage feedback loop of user experience in testing/training/deployment

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years change management experience delivering technology change with proven understanding of processes involved in introducing technology-related business changes to the business.
• Hold a Change Management qualification and experience of working within a similar multi entity/global environment with developing countries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the  experience of communications planning to support change initiatives and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CTRM, ERP deployments and AI would be an advantage. 
• RP deployments and AI would be an advantage.  

• Mortgage case management and process improvement throughout the complete lifecycle
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, providing lending solutions
• Create business leads and update policies and procedures
• Plan and supporting client events and marketing activities where appropriate.

The position would be suitable for candidates that have worked within Asset Management, Banking, Broking sectors that have used the "FCA" handbook. Minimum 2 years’ experience within Compliance Monitoring is required. Duties will include:  Conduct AML monitoring ,quality checks,  risk assessment and updating polices. This role will involve customer contact.
